Sentimental Clutter Cure
As Peter Walsh would say, if you're going to keep sentimental items you should honor them appropriately.
I had collected these sea shells during a vacation years ago and had been keeping them laying around for ... okay, let's be honest ... almost ten years. They certainly didn't look so pretty scattered in a box and piled on top of each other.
I picked up a frame from Dollarama and a pretty piece of paper from Dollar Tree (that reminded me of sand). I inserted the paper inside the frame, glued the shells to the paper with a glue gun and hung this on my wall. Now I have a daily reminder of some very special memories.
